The Mind in Social Personality Development
The human mind is commonly known for its creativity and strength.
When humans start to fall short of expectation however, the mind comes will work harder to find the solutions best suited for managing difficult tasks.
Sometimes our imagination will run wild.
It runs like a stray wolf in the woods, struggling to figure out the best course to take to avoid danger while finding what it needs to survive.
We all have wish fulfillments.
The wishes can push us to any level.
We can choose to do something about it, or else do nothing.
According to some philosophers we can involve the wish fulfillments in daydreaming or exert self to the extent we fulfill those dreams.
One must strive hard to achieve his goals and dreams.
It is a noteworthy accomplishment in ones life yet to realize ones wishes through wide of the mark methods is a dire mistake.
We all must avoid committing the self to this mistake.
Not every wish we set is destined to be satisfied and so we must appreciate that, it is best to leave these wishes alone.
The mind gives us power to set goals, which is the base of all planning.
We can use our innate tools, such as the ability to self-analyze to discover our intentions.
Self-analyzing tools and self-control are the primary processes of the human mind that allows us to inculcate our life to decide if the goals and dreams we set are imaged or real.
We must learn to regulate our desires and wishes.
Since, temptations put ideas into our mind it could lead us off course of social and personality development.
When you allow desires and dreams to be lured in by temptation, your risk of falling into a trap of imaginary involvement will put you on the victim seat of unreal dreams.
It ruins the human being, which this entity will continue to manhandle you so that you forget what your intended goal was.
We must control our mind, so that our imagination does not run wild into the woods of life and becomes an unreal dream.
We need to maintain a positive imagination that allows us to take part in creating ways to work through social and personality development.
In short, we must abandon negative habits, thoughts and behaviors.
We must develop new ideas that allow us to retain fresh thoughts that produce positive feelings.
This means we must develop self-control.
When you have self-control, it allows you to regulate your emotions, thoughts, speech, actions and behaviors.
You can also regulate your desires and wishes.
What is self-control?It is the involvement of maintaining power over the terrain of the mind and its thoughts.
It is also the involvement of exerting power over ones physical activities and actions.
How does temptation diminish our self-control? It is a proven fact that when people are unable to resist temptation that they fall short of developing qualities and skills that allow them to succeed.
For instance, think of your response when you see a delicious cookie on the table.
If you are overweight or not, and decide to indulge you have lost self-control.
If you are overweight you will gain more weight, but like the person that is not, overweight both of you will harden your arteries if you continue losing control.
You see, temptation is a turned upside down hourglass.
The glass looks full, but in this situation, it is emptying faster.
Still, we must balance the imagination in order to keep a sense of humor when times get rough and the road gets rocky.
